For some, it works better with two queens! These two women couldn't be more in love with each other, and it was incredibly evident when capturing their beautiful wedding. A little older, Becca wasn't expecting to fall in love with Mandy, but when she did, everything made sense!
A themed, backyard wedding, when I pulled up to the house I could see the stacked rock arch draped with greenery, and the chairs were already set up and ready to go. Looking slightly up, you could see the iconic Utah mountains in the background—adding a natural majesty to the occasion without the hefty price tag of a venue.
The fully-matured oak tree (I think that was the type of tree) perched in the front yard ended up being the perfect spot for group and couple photos! And of course, when the sun dipped down, golden hour highlighted perfect skin tones and made Becca's glitter sparkle even more.
Everyone showed up in either Disney or mythical characters—a super fun departure from the traditional (some may say "stiff") suits and dresses! It added an extra element of entertainment and conversation, not to mention unique photos!
